Monday Minute-06/14

This week the Monday Minute hosted by Ian at The Daily Dose of Reality
is being held with Kmama over at The Daily Dribbles

1 - What's the specs of the first computer you owned?
I couldn't even begin to tell you. I think the first computer my parents bought
was an IBM some or another. My first one that my husband
got for us was a Sony Vio.

2 - Are you on Twitter/Facebook/etc, if so link it/them up
My screen name for Twitter is (mrstdrapp), I wish now that I had made
the name up after my blog because it's my personal Tweet account. I have
a FB account but I'm linking it.

3 - Who's more to blame for the oil mess in the gulf - BP or the Gov't and why?
Both. I believe in free enterprise so I'm against the government controlling and
telling business what they should and shouldn't so. But when a business affects the lives
and safety of billions of people, the government should have some control
over how some business practices are dealt. BP should have been required to have fail safe
measures in place if any of their wells were to leak. But no and the government allowed them
to drill offshore and even pushed for the people to vote for more off shore drilling
and it's coming back to bite us in the butt.

4 - What's your favorite Dr. Suess book?
"Are You My Mother?"
I loved that book among many of the Dr. Suess books. They were my
favorite to read as a child. I had so many of them.

And finally...

5 - What did you want to be when you grew up?

I always wanted to be a veterinarian. I had never
decided if I wanted to take care of large animals or
small. I even started college after high school to pursue my
career as a vet but I quit to pursue my love life instead.

Now it's your turn!!

I told Ian that no one but him would be able to answer #1. LOL

I'm surprised to see how many others wanted to be a vet as well!!

I never knew that. I always thought it was a Dr. Suess book because it has that Cat on it! If you google it, it even is searched as a Dr. Suess book. Ah well!
